2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit it, technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referrer, browser and operating system may be processed in server logs. This processing serves to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website.
Hosting services may be provided by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, and by subcontractors it uses. The specific hosting agreement and the current data processing agreement are authoritative.
3. Consent management
On your first visit, you can choose between necessary, analytics and marketing technologies. Your decision is stored in your browser's local storage under the key falkwdigital-consent-v2 for no more than 180 days. This storage is necessary so that the website can respect your selection. You can change it at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer or reset it by deleting your browser data.
4. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads
Google Tag Manager is used to manage website tags. Before you make a selection, analytics and marketing storage as well as the Consent Mode v2 signals for advertising data, personalised advertising and usage analysis are set to denied. Analytics and marketing tags are only activated in accordance with your selection. Depending on the active configuration, usage data, device information, referrer, IP address, page views and interactions may be transmitted to Google. Google services may also process data in third countries.
The legal basis for optional analytics and marketing processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG. 5. Calendly appointment booking
The Calendly scheduling tool is only loaded on this website when you actively open it. This establishes a connection to Calendly. If you book an appointment, the details you enter, such as your name, email address, appointment information and optional messages, are processed. The purpose is to prepare and conduct the requested consultation.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and your consent for loading the external content. Calendly, LLC processes data as a service provider and may process data outside the EEA. Calendly cites, among other safeguards, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
6. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
If you contact me, I process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. When you use WhatsApp, you leave this website and use the service on your own responsibility. WhatsApp or Meta may process data in the process.
7. LinkedIn
Links to LinkedIn are simple external links. A connection to LinkedIn is established only when you open them. LinkedIn is responsible for the subsequent processing of data in accordance with its own privacy information.
8. AI news
The AI news section provides editorial content. Ordinary page views may generate only the usual server log data. External sources are identified as links. An interface for automated publishing has been prepared technically but is currently disabled.
9. Storage period
I retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law. The data is then deleted or anonymised. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
10. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

I use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. This policy will be updated if the services used or legal requirements change.
